Vice President, Global Site Solutions

Troy Kowalski is Vice President of Global Site Solutions for AT-PAC. He is responsible for the development and management of AT-PAC’s proprietary Global Site Services technology.

Troy brings over 20 years of experience in industrial and commercial project management to the AT-PAC team. Prior to joining AT-PAC, Troy served as Country Manager for Ameco Services, a division of Fluor Corporation.

Troy holds a degree in Design from the University of Manitoba’s School of Architecture.
