Director of Business Development, South America

Jose Chaumont is currently Director of Business Development for South America, bringing over 30 years of experience in the scaffolding industry to our AT-PAC team.

Jose started in the scaffolding industry in 1980 as a designer in the engineering department of Harsco-Patent Scaffolding Company. Over the next 21 years, Jose continued to develop his industry knowledge beginning in inside sales and moving eventually into a National Sales Manager position in the specialized Harsco Plant Services Division.

Before joining the AT-PAC team, Jose concentrated on international business development, focusing on the emerging industrial markets of Mexico, Central America, South America, and the Caribbean with a large scaffolding competitor. His primary focus was to identify new international opportunities and successfully established a growing client base and dealer network in the Panama and Mexico regions.

In addition to his international responsibilities with AT-PAC, Jose has also been instrumental with the business development and establishment of the AT-PAC Baton Rouge, LA branch, servicing the US Gulf Coast markets.

Jose is based out of the New Orleans, LA region where he has resided for over 40 years.
